We are interested in hearing from landowners and/or agents who own or are aware of any land for sale. We take a flexible approach to site acquisition and can purchase land either conditionally or unconditionally. Planning permission
The Gainsborough Group will engage with Local Authorities, community groups and stakeholders as early as possible to ensure the highest probability of obtaining planning permission.
For more substantial development opportunities, Gainsborough will implement more detailed strategies, politically, to guarantee permission is granted.
Our expertise in enhancing value through the planning process and optimising land use is proven and we have a recognised ability to deliver sites both in urban and rural areas, with these often being in Conservation Areas and within the Green Belt.
